Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Primarily responsible for daily warehouse operations including, but not limited to, shipping, receiving supplies, performing incoming quality inspections, managing inventory, conducting cycle counting, and providing general facilities support in order to ensure continuation of daily business operations.
- Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies including the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Oversees all inbound supply deliveries; performs product inspections; and enters related data into the receiving system according to established operating Procedures (OP’s).
- Manages inventory in accordance with “First-In, First-Out (FIFO)” principles in order to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
- Performs general facility related duties including, but not limited to, the cleaning of laboratory areas, minor facility repairs, and overall monitoring of the facility.
- Troubleshoots building equipment problems as required in order to maintain overall business operations.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities to support laboratory and facility operations and equipment as assigned.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Basic Excel, Outlook, and data entry skills.
- Problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (minimum 50 pounds).
- Ability to work in a controlled environment utilizing aseptic techniques
- Ability to work within quality systems under regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Previous laboratory inventory experience preferred, but not required.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full time working 1st shift, 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Centennial, Colorado are encouraged to apply.
