Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide informatics/digital support for laboratory equipment
• Automate similar and repetitive data-analysis tasks by developing programs and scripts
• Write programs or codes (C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Linux and computer vision) to process moderate to large data sets, typically involving numeric data describing physical processes encountered in pharmaceutical data processing.
• Provide Process Modeling Support: Assist with experiments in the lab to help generate data to support modeling, submitting and executing models on workstations and high-performance clusters, post-processing and analyzing the data generated from models.
• Lab data management support such as sample tracking systems, equipment status tracking (calibration, PM schedules, use schedules), and data sharing.
• General lab management support (ordering and maintaining laboratory supplies, placing work orders for maintenance).
Qualifications
Required Skills:
· Skilled in computer coding
· Experience with web-based interactive computing platforms and other laboratory software solutions
· Experience with Flask, Django frameworks and AWS cloud services.
· Familiarity with React and Docker a plus.
· Experienced with running statistical models
Additional Information
Work schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Groton, CT are encouraged to apply.
