🤖 Technical Experience 🤖

• You have a background in System Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or in a similar role
• You have excellent scripting skills
• You love to automate everything you can to unburden yourself and colleagues from time-consuming or manual tasks
• You understand the importance of a data-driven approach in implementing best practices for system security, resiliency, scalability, and performance
• You are driven to eliminate the root cause of a problem, rather than just fixing the symptoms
• You are familiar with the concept of Chaos Engineering
• You are curious and enjoy learning and trying out new technologies and approaches as well as sharing them with your peers
• You are used to creating and maintaining documentation
• You feel comfortable communicating with stakeholders of various levels and are proactive at initiating communication

👩‍💻 What you would be doing 👨‍💻

• You will partner with DevOps and Software Engineers to ensure the quality, stability, and resilience of our systems
• You will gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning, fault detection, and prevention
• You will participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
• Together with your team you will create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
• You will ensure that the software we make meets security, SLA, and performance requirements
• You will be responsible for system and application monitoring and take part in managing incidents and outages with a focus on preventing them in the future
• You will participate in improvement projects and initiatives
