This role sits within the Asset Management Division (AMD). Euromoney’s Asset Management Division is comprised of three synergistic brands, BCA Research, Institutional Investor and Ned Davis Research, focused on serving the asset management and broader financial community through exclusive access, essential market intelligence and in-depth investment research. Core products and services include macroeconomic research reports, data, models, education, events, media, thought leadership, research and rankings.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to assist in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for the Asset Management Division.The Senior Digital Marketing Manager, is responsible for assisting in the development of the digital marketing strategy, executing digital campaigns, and support the Digital Marketing team with analytics and various projects.
This role reports directly to the Director, Digital Marketing & Analytics. The role can be based in our Montreal office, New York office, remote, or part-time remote.
Key Priorities:
- Assist in developing and executing the digital marketing strategy to drive high-quality leads to the sales teams
- Work closely with the Director, Digital Marketing & Analytics to ensure all digital campaigns are delivering MROI across AMD
- Manage and monitor campaigns across social and digital channels
- Leverage SEO strategies to drive top of funnel prospects
- Analyse digital campaign results and provide insights on areas of improvement
- Provide support on all marketing reporting through Salesforce, Power BI, Hubspot, and Pardot to marketing leadership
- Identify new technologies to support marketing efforts
Principal Responsibilities:
- Create and execute all digital marketing campaigns over various channels
- Identifying whitespace opportunities through researching related segments and analyzing inbound leads
- Work closely with the Product & Channels teams to create assets needed for digital campaigns
- Identify and refine new target audiences to use across all digital campaigns
- Meet with the different sales teams to gather lead quality feedback and assist in planning micro digital campaigns for regional efforts
- Collaborate with central Martech team to improve and optimize online experienceMeasure of success:
- Setting KPIs for number of digital Sales Qualified Leads generated
- Staying on budget and maximizing budget for digital ad spend
- Successfully presenting to Director, Digital Marketing & Analytics, sales, and other colleagues about digital campaign results
Experience Required:
- Proven ability to deliver results across various platforms – Search, Social, Native, Display, Video, and Owned channels
- Track record of success in a B2B marketing role
- Experience with asset management/financial services industry is required
- In-depth digital marketing experience in content, search, displays, and ad placement
- Experience turning data into tangible insights for sales and business executives
- A record of achieving MROI through optimizing campaign results and driving qualified opportunities and conversions
- Proficiency across LI Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Moz/Ahrefs
- Interest in taking on new challenges, learning and being nimble with shifting priorities
- Expertise in marketing technology and operational processes
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Hubspot, Pardot, Power BI, Data Studio, and Salesforce. Experience with Marketo and DemandBase is a plus
- Experience in global geo-targeted campaigns is also a plus
- Google Analytics and AdWord certification is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, economics, or mathematics preferred
- 6 years minimum experience in digital marketing required
