We are growing in the Americas and are currently looking for a Quality Assurance manager, in our Elizabethtown distribution center in Kentucky, who will ensure that our products and services are meeting customer needs.
You’re
- Maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Responsible for Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
- Defining requirements for suppliers and monitor compliance
- Keeping accurate documentation in Mastercontrol
- Contacting for regulatory bodies (USDA, FDA, Customs etc.)
- Leading for HR process
- Formalizing processes for maintenance
- Handling customer complaints
- Organizing quality training
- On the lookout for opportunities for improvement
- General support for the team
- Reporting to the Operations and Supply Chain Director
What you'll bring
- A relevant bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Planning and project management skills
- The skills to eliminate grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- A highflying self-starter with experience in implementing quality processes
- It is a plus if you have medical industry or health care experience
- You ideally live around Elizabethtown KY
