Busser Responsibilities:

- Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves - ensuring proper sanitation is taking place
- Check floors after table is cleared for napkins, silverware, crumbs, etc. Sweep as needed
- Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dish area to be cleaned
- Alert servers and managers when tables are in need of attention
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including floors, restrooms, and parking lot
- Assist the bartenders with ice, glassware, trash, or any boxes that need to be broken down
- Assist in racking/polishing/rolling silverware when needed
- Restroom checks - ensure the restrooms are clean and fully stocked every 15 minutes
