Reports to: Facilities Director
Job Summary: Responsible for performing highly diversified building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance); facilities and ground maintenance to provide a clean healthy environment for patients and staff.
Education & Experience
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Intermediate methods, practices and equipment used in building maintenance services
- Knowledge of Intermediate preventive maintenance activities
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must hold and maintain a clean driving record
