Position Overview:

As a critical member of our team, the Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the manufacturing/assembly production teams are prepared, equipped and reaching daily/weekly production targets. Must be flexible and responsive while supporting employees and production goals.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of assembly line workers to achieve production goals.
• Collaborate with Plant Leader to schedule and prioritize assembly tasks.
• Ensure timely and efficient utilization of resources to meet daily production targets.
• Continuously assess and improve assembly line processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate training for new employees in assembly and packing techniques required to assure consistent quality.
• Enforce and promote a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Communicates unexpected component shortages and schedule delays to Plant Leader.
• Maintain open and effective communication with Plant Leader, Production Foreperson, Warehouse Supervisor and cross-functional teams.
• Report production status, challenges, and achievements to Plant Leader.
• Ensures that employees adhere to policies regarding the published Code of Conduct.
• Performs numerous and varied clerical and analytical tasks as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of Sales Orders, Bills of Material and Pick Lists.

• Supervisory/Management experience.
• The ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities in an organized manner.

Physical Demands

• Able to bend, squat, twist, climb stairs and lift
• While performing the duties of this position the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand, talk and hear with occasional bending, stooping, crouching and kneeling.
• Regularly required to use hands to fingers.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 30 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
