Job Type: Set and Strike Technician
Date: 1/12 – Set / 1/14 – Strike
Hours: 8 AM - 1 PM (Set) / 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM (Strike)
Technician Needed: 4
Location: Small Ballroom Breakouts (Set) / Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport (Strike)
Pay: $350 for the day
Responsibilities:
- Assist with A/V equipment setup and tear-down in designated areas.
- Ensure proper connection and functioning of audio and video components.
- Work collaboratively with the event production team for an efficient setup process.
- Safely pack, label, and load equipment onto designated vehicles during the strike.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as A/V Set/Strike Technician or similar role preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio and video equipment setup and operation.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy A/V equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
