Event Set Up/Tear Down Crew Supervisor Needed!
Location: Traverse City, MI
Pay - Starting between $40k-60k/year
Shift/Schedule: Varies week to week depending on events. Not a traditional schedule. Potential to work up to 60 hours a week.
Requirements:
● Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
● Either tent installation and/or construction foreman experience is helpful.
● Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
● Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
● Must possess customer relation skills.
● Must maintain a valid driver's license.
● Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems.
● Computer knowledge is preferred. Training on rental software will be provided.
● Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly. The ability to speak other languages is a plus.
● Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
● Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.
● Must be able to provide, understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form.
● Maintain a cooperative working relationship with other team members.
● Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience and offer constructive criticism when necessary.
Other job requirements:
● Must be able to work outside in hot or cold temperatures
● Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
● Must be pretty physically fit in order to do a lot of the requirements of this job.
