About the Role

The Fabrication team member will contribute to the custom fabrication of EventLink's experiential marketing agency. Our focus is on quality artistry and superior workmanship that brings our creations alive, from small scale to large scale. We're looking for passionate individuals who share our commitment to excellence and thrive in an environment that values craftsmanship above all else. Experience with reading blueprints and working with a vast variety of materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-organized and efficient shop environment.
• Collaborate with shop foremen to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate vendor pickups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience with fabricating machines.
• Provide work samples or portfolio link of prior professional work is preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools, saws, shears, welding equipment, etc.
• Ability to read shop drawings.
• Cool under pressure and able to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to fabricate and assemble parts using various techniques.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication skills.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, traditional business hours.
• In office.
