About the role

Everactive is looking for multiple Senior Product Designers to lead UI/UX efforts on our Product Teams. Each designer will be dedicated to a Product Team and help craft the products UX/UI, and be an integral part of the full lifecycle of the product. They will lead the creative vision and execution of the product on their team!

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Head of Design and their Product Manager team on full design process, from the research to building the UI/UX
• Establish collaborative relationships with product management and engineering teams
• Present designs, user flows, and UX goals to internal partners and senior leadership
• Run testing sessions and utilizing analytics to understand complex usage problems
• Contribute and improve our design system
• Organize and run design thinking / brainstorming sessions with the Product Team and internal partners
• Understanding the users needs by designing a simple and sophisticated way from prototypes to end-to-end flows
• Mentor and lead to make your team stronger. Helping teammates up-level their design craft, articulation of design decisions, strong decision making skills, and empathy

Desired Qualifications

• 5 years experience in product design, preferably working on SaaS products preferred
• BA/BS in a design-related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
• Proficiency in Sketch and/or equivalent design tool
• Clear and inclusive verbal and written communication skills
• Strong expertise in developing modern web and mobile experiences
• Portfolio that demonstrates candidates ability to solve sophisticated problems with a user-centric approach and includes human-centered projects
