Repair Technician
Everclear Pool Service & Repair prides themselves on hiring fantastic individuals who will provide above average level of care to our client’s pools, spas, and water features. We seek people with integrity, a strong work ethic, and are customer service driven to perform repairs and routine maintenance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST have experience as a swimming pool repair technician, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a high degree of mechanical aptitude and strong knowledge in swimming pool operation systems. Familiarity with the different manufacturers/brands of equipment. Candidate should be self-motivating with the ability to work efficiently with little oversight; possess a willingness to communicate and share knowledge and insight with customers in a tactful, respectful manner while presenting a professional image. You must be dedicated to meeting deadlines, possess strong customer service skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
As a Repair Technician your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Promote Company values and customer care
- Have a great working knowledge of pool chemistry and the ability to explain it to the client
- Ability to troubleshoot repairs as needed
- Have a working knowledge of pool plumbing and electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters and heat/cool pumps
- Promote Company values and customer care
- Complete daily records of worked performed
- Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Manage daily schedules with repair staff to ensure efficiency
- Work with office staff to ensure high degree of accuracy with regards to accounting and billing
- Improve processes and come up with innovative ideas to help us grow to the next level
- Explain needs to customers and get approval for any repairs needed
- Perform all duties with a customer and safety-first mindset
- Manage customer care issues and complaints
- Present yourself in a professional manner always
- Have a great attitude!

Compensation – This position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on the job training and all the tools to be successful.
