You can learn more about our Company, Culture and Values here: https://www.evercommerce.com/about-us/careers/ We are looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting & SEC Reporting to manage EverCommerce’s SEC filings and a team of accountants in completing required close tasks for our portfolio of subsidiaries. Responsibilities: Oversee EverCommerce’s SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 8-K and 10-K. Preparation and review of footnote disclosures including the tie-out of financial statements. Prepare and review business unit and consolidated fluctuation analysis vs. prior periods and company estimates. Manage a team of 3-4 people including the preparation and review of monthly close tasks, journal entries and reconciliations. Oversee the consolidation of EverCommerce’s foreign subsidiaries and assist local accounting teams in the timely preparation and completion of statutory financial statements and audits. Prepare and review the company’s stock based compensation accounting and ensure compliance with internal controls and ASC 718. Review monthly consolidated cash flow statement and contribute to reporting to company finance leaders Be a lead participant in any acquisition integration including taking over processes and conforming them with Company processes and controls Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 5-7 years of accounting experience 5 years of managing accounting teams BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration CPA Experience using Workiva Wdesk Expert knowledge of US GAAP standards and specifically ASC 718. Experience managing people Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes including SOX requirements Excellent attention to detail, writing and communication skills Experience using Equity Edge Experience using NetSuite Mix of public and private experience Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. This role requires quarterly travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and may require other travel to other office locations around North America. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
