Our “hourly pay rate” is based on job function; Team Members are offered full time hours, earn regular increases, even performance bonuses in some areas, as they grow their ability to contribute.

Unlike other entry level jobs, our Team Members don’t work nights, are off every weekend and qualify quickly for generous benefits including PTO, Holiday Pay, and a matched 401K.

Need a more flexible work schedule than our normal 9:00AM to 5:30PM? Due to the nature of our industry, we can’t offer remote or hybrid roles, but, for this Team, we will consider workable adjustments to the base schedule once initial training is successfully completed.

Job Function:

· Use a computer with multiple monitors to quickly and accurately review 100’s of applications (submissions) as they are received in our business portal (Submissions queue).

· Follow our production process to determine if the applicant is “initially” qualified for funding; verify that all required supporting documents are included with the application and move the submission electronically to the next step in our process.

Candidate Requirements:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel

· Comfortable navigating multiple windows simultaneously

· Enjoys working independently in a production environment

· Able to consistently focus on detail and process information

· Willing to place emphasis on accuracy while maintaining production metrics

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) while comfortable reading, interpreting as well as generating notes written in English.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
