Client Administrative Assistant
Location: Matthews, North Carolina
Hours: 40 Hours flexibility for the right candidate
Office Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm, Fridays 9am – 3pm
Type/Status: Part-Time/Full-Time
Pay Rate: $15-$18/Hour with opportunity for growth
Position Overview:
We are searching for a mature person to join our growing team who is a personable, enthusiastic team player. We are seeking an individual to provide support in a fast-paced, demanding environment as our Client Administrative Assistant. This position includes being the First Impressions Coordinator, managing and maintaining administrative tasks, and providing support to the rest of the team. Primary Responsibilities:
- First Impressions Coordinator (greeting visitors/clients, keep office tidy, etc…)
- Scheduling Appointments & Maintaining Calendars via Outlook
- Client Account Maintenance and Support (database management, mailings, emails, phone calls, etc…)
- Office Support
- Operate & Maintain General Office Equipment & Supplies
- Event Planning Assistance to Office Manager
- Data Entry
- General Administrative Tasks
- Miscellaneous Projects
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested

- Administrative & CRM Database Management (3 years)
- Front Desk / Customer Service (1 year)

- RedTail Technology CRM (strongly preferred)
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws & regulations
