Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Roofing and Siding Service Tech to join our growing team. As a Service Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of roofing, siding, gutter, and window installers to ensure project success
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
• Perform siding/roofing/fascia/window wrap/window repairs
• Be ready and on the jobsite by 6:30 a.m.
• Verify and validate ordered materials prior to starting project, and at delivery
• Manage project and assist crew with extra materials when needed
• Ensure the jobsite is clean and picked up after completion
• Manage all crews and trades involved in the project
• Review and approve subpays prior to handing over to accounting

Requirements:

• Proven construction experience as a Production Manager in the exteriors.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Must be fluent in Spanish

Qualifications:

• 10 years of prior experience as a Production Manager or Service Tech in the roofing/construction industry required
