Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Specialist to fill a key role at our Tacoma, Washington office.

About You

The ideal Support Specialist enjoys a fast pace and juggling multiple priorities. They don’t know what it means to sit back and wait because they are always proactively seeking out ways to be more efficient, get tasks completed on time, and provide excellent support. This position performs a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to being the first point of contact with internal and external customers. The Role

• Supports executives in a fast-paced environment;
• Schedules complex meetings and events with both internal and external attendees;
• Arranges catering and meeting preparation for executives;
• Orders supplies for executives;
• Handles time sheet management for executives as requested;
• Prepares and edits important communications, presentations, and other documents;
• Conducts research and analyzes data to prepare reports;
• Manages and maintains the leaders’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements;
• Records, transcribes, and distributes meeting minutes that accurately summarize key points for communication;
• Serves as the executives liaison to both outside contacts and internal staff at all levels as needed;
• Successfully creates and modifies processes to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness;
• Tracks business expenses and receipts and prepares expense reports;
• Ensures executive meetings are well-prepared for in a timely manner;
• Produces professional, error-free documents using the current software technology;
• Maintains confidentiality at all times;
• Assists other teams as needed; and
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

The Necessities

• Valid state driver’s license
• AA or 5 years of additional experience

• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)

Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 for well-qualified candidates.
