Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager will be a key member of the Sales organization focused on design, development, and implementation of the Everguard client onboarding process with support from Sales and Marketing leads. Responsible for understanding the client's needs, demonstrating value of Everguard solution, and implementing any required customization to support the onboarding process. Experienced in IoT, Network and Infrastructure deployments. Manages the day-to-day relationship with our partners, customers, engineering, and coordinates with Everguard staff as necessary. Maintains and monitors the operational health of assigned customers.
Candidates who live within a reasonable commute to our office in Irvine, CA will work in the office 2 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Develop best practices and process strategies for the entire staff to adhere to in order to provide all customers with the same quality of service.
· Anticipate, communicate, and facilitate new client needs and/or product enhancements that will help both the client and Everguard improve.
· Align with leadership team to define key success metrics supporting business priorities.
· Carrying the voice of the field, providing updates on key blockers, offer results and field execution status, sharing Field feedback on execution, marketing programs, content, and roadmaps.
· Developing strong relationships with engineering and business teams to create successful customer engagements and grow revenue.
· Must have IoT/Network and Infrastructure deployment experience with deliveries of products to customers.
· Experience in Computer Vision, AI and/or IOT is a plus.
· Training experience and presenting somewhat complex solutions to a new audience.
· Exceptional communication skills and organized project management.
Minimum Requirements:
· BS degree or similar college level education.
· 5 years of experience in technology companies.
· 3 years of experience in customer success role.
· Experience in sales or consulting in the industrial segment and familiar in working with large customers.
· Strong analytical skills, able to distill key insights from incomplete data.
· Strong, confident executive communication (written and oral).
· Ability to influence without authority.
· Strategic thinker combined with strong ability to execute x-org and drive for results in ambiguous environment.
· Versatile with proven ability to be adaptable in rapidly evolving business/org situations.
· Superior client service and relationship skills.
· Experience developing and presenting world class presentations/QBR's.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Salary Range: $60K-$85K
Salaries may vary within the range based on market data and on individual skills, experience, location and education.
