Description

What Will You Be Doing?

• Responsible for tracking product priorities, activities, issues, and progress; providing interface and collaboration with other contributors to the business.
• Maintain a robust understanding of client-side product functionalities and features; identify need for product customization and the impact on customer experience.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment identifying problem statements and gathering business and creative requirements; communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop use case-based specifications to capture business requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and project delivery teams on requirements gathering sessions.
• Create and maintain user stories, program functions, interface specifications, user workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Responsible for developing customer-facing release documentation.
• • Develops deep understanding of the product vision ensuring alignment with Company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, ensuring traceability of requirements through the product delivery process.
• Develop and organize product backlogs, breaking down high-level initiatives into features that can be delivered in an incremental fashion.
• Ensure an effective handoff to operations for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards through implementation and management of security measures.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology, and processes.
• Manage or participate in pilot launches of new products or product functionality as needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations with customers and internal stakeholders as required.
• Assist in the development of training, documentation, and other go-live activities, as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

• 3 years’ experience in a product owner, business analyst, or project management role; gaming or casino operations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to track activity, communicate effectively, manage customer expectations, identify problems and risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly identify client needs and translate them into user stories.
• Strong experience creating Technical User Stories. 

• Experience with integrating 3rd party vendors with applications, like funding sources, POS integration, or food ordering.
• Mobile-first or digital/interactive experience. 
• QA or Product Validation testing. 
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
