Description
Be part of the Everi Network Operations Center that monitors numerous Everi products in casinos in New York. As a Specialist Support Operations 1 you will be troubleshooting issues raised by customers and escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.
3rd Shift: This shift is from 2:30 pm to 12:30 am, there may be times where we need individual to cover other shifts. This shift will be 4 alternating days weekly to include every other weekend.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Monitor all issues related to systems, platforms, servers, circuits and networking
- Develops, maintains, and manages relationships with internal and external customers, following-up daily on tickets as required
- Responsible for first line troubleshooting of system and network issues
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
- 1 year experience in a help desk / technical support environment with networking, PC, and product knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012
- Basic knowledge of server hardware and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of networking devices: Cisco switches and routers
- Experience developing and maintaining LAN/WAN environments and working with telecom vendors to troubleshoot
