HR Manager

HR MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and developing talent, as well as managing various HR functions to contribute to making our company an exceptional place to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fairness.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Conduct annual reviews and track pay raises to ensure competitive compensation.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
• Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues with professionalism and fairness.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, overtime, and paid time off, in compliance with legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, cancellation, and monitoring of 401(k), Aflac, and health insurance plans.
• Monitor freelancer rates and review employees' time off requests.
• Report new hires into E-Verify and the relevant state department as required.

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience in HR roles, such as HR officer or administrator.

· Strong knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, and training.

· Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite.

· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

· Strong ethics and reliability.

· BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
