Summary/Objective
Working as part of an account team, the National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for driving sales through Evermark’s big box hardware customers. This position will be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, and growing revenue through big box hardware channels. This role coordinates with all internal and external customers and vendors to meet the deadlines, budget, and strategic objectives.
Essential Functions
- Partners with marketing and sales to launch, maintain and improve product listings across all big box marketplaces, ensuring products are both accurate and compelling to incite consumer purchases.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insight and recommendations on pricing and product assortment strategies.
- Track in store and online POS metrics, including in stock, sales rate, return rates, etc. and provide performance summaries and reporting against goals.
- Collects, enters, and manages product data in company and customer’s data bases.
- Manage customer product reviews and product questions to provide customer feedback and report out to organization.
- Partner with Account Managers to review all open orders and take actions to resolve with customer, 3PL partner, and internal systems.
- Manage and submit reports with customer to maintain SKU availability and planogram integrity.
- Answer and reply to customer phone calls and emails regarding shipments, product questions, and availability inquiries. Coordinating resolution with warehouse, sales, or other internal teams.
- Plan and execute display and signage shipments for customer resets

- Demonstrated high business acumen, with the ability to think and act strategically.
- Ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing, IT, operations, and customer service teams.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or combination equivalent experience and education required.
- 2 years of Sales, Customer Service, or experience, preferably managing big box home improvement business models.
- Excellent communications skills are necessary.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and the ability to multi-task.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
Travel:
Minimum travel required for The Home Depot training and meetings; in-store visits, key vendor meetings, etc. Overnight travel is rare.
