This position involves providing direct support to keep our busy chief administrator prepared and organized. In addition to handling her schedule, you will be responsible for general office management and team coordination: answering and directing calls, developing and maintaining accurate records, entering service record data, helping to organize events and activities and generally helping others when needed. Having knowledge about or experience in disability rights and/or a desire to improve the lives of members of the disability community would be a real asset. Spanish-speaking or conversational in ASL would be a real plus.
Requirements:

2. Excellent computer/data-entry skills and extremely strong organizational abilities.
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure while exercising discretion and preserving confidentiality.
4. Exhibit initiative in carrying out assigned tasks and have ability to exercise independent judgment in organizing and implementing multiple tasks with minimum supervision

Pay: $37,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
