Your Impact on the Mission*

  • Supervising employees
  • Projecting sales and ordering all meals, consumable products, and paper goods
  • Maintaining and cleaning the facility and equipment
  • Handling cash, managing daily and weekly deposits, and reconciling cash on hand
  • Overseeing Fulfillment of bulk/catering/subscription orders
  • Interviewing, selecting, hiring and training employees
  • Scheduling Employees
  • Responsibility for all employee relations issues within the store including applicable counseling and disciplinary actions as deemed necessary and appropriate
  • Terminating employees
  • Ensuring prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and applicable laws through daily store management, staff meetings, store walk-throughs, observations, and applicable audits.
  • Everytable Cafe: drink execution, training, and development
  • Create a culture of excellence in customer service and hospitality
  • Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Everytable
  • Leads and participates in training and development initiatives and projects
  • Uphold all company Policies and Procedures as well as California Health Department standards

What You’ll Bring to the Table*

  • Ensure adherence to applicable wage and hour laws for non-exempt staff.
  • Sustain the KPIs that are needed to ensure profitability and sustainability of the store.
  • Meet deadlines and complete tasks according to the daily and weekly deliverable schedule set by partners.
  • Manage supply, consumable and paper goods monthly and yearly budgets
  • Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.
  • Uses all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence in the store. Store Forecasts, Manager Sales Goals, cash management, and inventory management.
  • Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to senior leadership to ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • Set and exceed sales, customer retention, customer feedback, and labor cost goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Manage in-store implementation of all Everytable operational and marketing programs, communications, and initiatives.
  • Address equipment and maintenance issues and layout improvement opportunities.
  • Initiate changes at the store level to maximize company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reporting analysis to enhance store results.
  • Responsible for all office tasks, including management of store funds, receiving, inventory, food orders, and scheduling labor.
  • Control labor by adequately staffing the store, scheduling labor, taking into account projected sales and promotions and monitoring sales to reduce labor if sales are below projections.
  • Local Store Marketing required

Retail or Hospitality Management: 1-2 years (Required)

  • A valid Food Certification (required)
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in conversational Spanish preferred, but not required

Essential Functions:*

  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours.
  • Some bending/kneeling/stooping required.
  • Regular communication with team members, leadership and guests.
  • Some carrying, moving and positioning of objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Constantly monitors retail food temperatures and determines if products are up to all standards.
  • Must be able to work in a fast, sometimes loud environment with varying temperatures.
