We’re seeking a Packing Team Lead who will be responsible for managing the daily packing and scanning workflow to help ensure success as a company. This will include, but not limited to, working several different process flows for the completion, and fulfillment of items at the Cincinnati location.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING
● Responsible for preparing items prior to a sale going live on the website.
● Hire, schedule, and approve time for your department.
● Work in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.
● Continually develop and refine operating standards for the fulfillment workflow.
● Implement new processes and test technological advancements to help improve internal operations.
● Minimize item returns and maximize customer satisfaction by providing necessary item information.
● Ensure packing and shipping of items is timely and cost effective.
● Communicate with internal and external customers for the best possible item presentation.
● Have a blast working alongside a vibrant crew of EBTH-ers who like to work hard/play hard!
People Manager Responsibilities
Responsible for providing team members timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing team members to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance team member career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding team members for accomplishments. Additionally, this position will:
● Select, train, and develop an effective and efficient team, including:
● Interviewing applicants and select new team members;
● Supervising the department orientation and training of new team members;
● Approving timecards and time-off requests;
● Recommending salary increases, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions and dismissals in conformance with company policy and procedures; and
● Conducting annual performance reviews.
CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING
● Drive! This business is fast-paced and challenging. A self-starter is a must!
● High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
● Three years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Knowledge of antiques, artwork, collectibles and unique items with the ability to assess value is a plus.
● Recognized ability to effectively communicate with the team.
● A team player mentality with an ability to work independently.
● Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when needed.
● Ability to move / lift up to 50 lbs.
● A sense of humor. No, really!
