We’re seeking a Team Lead, Collected Processing to assist in the day-to-day operations of the EBTH Collected team. This position will report directly to the Director of Collected Processing.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING
- Manage the processing of purchased assets.
- Assist in the management of the Collected Processing department to ensure company goals are met/exceeded.
- Supervise, onboard, train, and develop the content support specialists.
- Work in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.
- Have the willingness to flex into other areas based on workflow needs.
- Ensure compliance of safety rules and regulations.
CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING
- College degree preferred.
- Tech-savviness; computer proficiency is key (Google Suite /Microsoft Office/ Processing Systems).
- Strong drive for results.
- Recognized ability to effectively lead and communicate with and across teams.
- Proven ability to motivate and create a positive team environment.
- Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
