Description
Park Inc is looking for outgoing customer focused Parking Ambassadors to work at our client locations in Albany, NY! Parking Ambassadors will work 5-8 hours per day 4-5 days per week.
WHAT DO PARKING AMBASSADORS DO?
- Assist in the daily operation of assigned parking facilities
- Assist customers in the use of automated revenue control equipment including payment apps and pay stations
- Review payments, monthly hang tags, and improper parking to issue violations as necessary
- Direct customers where to park when necessary, and collect and safeguard keys of customers whose vehicles are “stacked”
- Regularly inspect all signage on lot premises, report deficiencies to Area Manager and repair/replace as authorized by Area Manager
- Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues
- Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations
- Ensure all customer problems are handled quickly to ensure customer satisfaction within the established guidelines
- Reports all accidents and incidents to supervisor immediately
- Any and all other duties as assigned.

- Dependable
- Must be tech savvy (will be using handheld digital devices)
- Dynamic and personable
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be professional but firm (may have to boot or have cars towed)

- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
- Flexibility with schedule
- Customer service focused
