Job Description
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial-minded Project Manager to lead the growth and management of a new subscription program for a well-established automotive service provider. This program offers customers a cost-effective, convenient way to maintain their vehicles through a monthly subscription plan. The Project Manager will play a critical role in expanding the program from its current base of 500 subscribers to 5,000, ensuring its success through strategic planning, collaboration, and effective program management.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the subscription program, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the subscription base from 500 to 5,000 monthly subscribers, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors to enhance the subscription platform and integrate new features or services as needed.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the program and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead cross-functional project teams, setting clear goals and expectations, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Continuously refine program offerings based on customer feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, identifying opportunities for program enhancement and differentiation.
