Job Description:
As a Concierge at EVO, you’ll operate the box office selling movie tickets and selling one cards to guests. You will also be the first point of guest interaction in most cases and will be expected to inform guests of any promotions or specials around the building. You’ll also answer questions about the building, provide clear directions to guide the guests to any part of the building, answer the phone and help guests with any questions or concerns they may have, and be able to inform guests about the prices and policies here at EVO!

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner by smiling and welcoming them
- Provide excellent guest service and make sure it’s friendly, helpful, and fast!
- Ensure the security of all box office cash and tickets
- Sell movie tickets to guests
- Enforce ratings to keep underage guests from accessing auditoriums with adult content
- Keep box office clean, well-organized, and up to date with signage
- Answer guest questions and resolve any concerns
- Answer telephone
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Managers or General Manager
Qualifications
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Works calmly and executes job duties effectively under pressure
- Guest service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Be able to lift 15lbs or more
- Be comfortable standing for your entire shift
