Maintaining and managing relationships with senior level management within the client organization.
Fostering executive relationships as trusted partner
Providing visual and detailed progression of notional to fully developed strategies culminating in executable operational execution
Maintaining strategic relationships and understanding historically significant organizational events as influential to significant current organizational change
Generating strategic proposals directly to executives and executing same to include organizational strategy for groups of at least 100 FTE
Leveraging direct experience of standing up and/or evolving various organizational structures with consideration to historical events and transformational change
Ensuring senior level management within the client organization is kept informed, including ability to maintain awareness of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision; this may include subject matter and unique technical knowledge and experience with business development of IT systems;
Managing multiple operations, ensuring quality standards and work performance with direct connection to executive level decisions;
Developing and maintaining plans to organize and oversee work effort and assigning resources; providing risk management and ensuring quality management;
Leading interviews of key system stakeholders and translating synthesized information into well-crafted presentations or statements for senior level management. Creating executive-level oral and written communications (briefings, presentations, and strategic documentation);
Performing analysis of strategic initiatives, process implementation, process improvement, gap analysis, Analysis of Alternatives, and similar decision making/analysis methodologies;
Interpreting business needs and representing business owners’ needs to technology managers;
Leveraging existing organizational building relationships and gathering information from internal and external stakeholders, utilizing a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews;
A Master's degree in business administration, public administration, project management or related disciplines is highly desirable. Eight (8) years of project management experience can be substituted for either the degree or certification requirement, but not both. Previous experience shall demonstrate an ability to lead and direct cross functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget, and scope.
