Position Title: Lead Business Architect
Evoke is seeking a Strategic Engagement Coordinator professional to join our team!

Duties and responsibilities/Qualifications
Lead hands-on practical Business Architecture with experience in creating and building IT
solutions that meet business needs.
- Executive-level oral and written communications skills (briefings, presentations, and
- strategic documentation)
At least three years' experience in:
- Basic enterprise engineering practices that provide the foundation for conceiving
and communicating IT business solutions;
- Process modeling and business architecture development;
- Supporting the development of strategic roadmaps detailing IT and business
solutions;
- Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
models;
- Implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies, policies, processes, procedures,
standards and frameworks;
- Creating Enterprise Architecture roadmaps, frameworks, templates and OMB
reference models;
- Business architecture diagrams, workflows and Concept of Operations documents;
- Experience with VA Preferred or other Federal agencies in enterprise architecture
development, definition and compliance with emphasis on systems interactions,
data management and information sharing;
- Solid understanding of software development and system development life cycle;
Demonstrated and proven ability to:
- Assess the gaps between current capabilities and target business/IT needs;
- Analyze and align business and technology strategies;
- Identify, analyze and recommend high-impact alternative solutions;
- Conceptualize future-state architecture concepts and align architecture with
business needs and objectives;
- Develop business models to guide development of architectures;
- Identify and describe key strategies and approaches for realizing new IT capabilities
and associated architecture concepts;
- Ensure the strategic alignment of recommended alternative(s) with investment
plans and business needs;
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proven track record for superb written and oral communications; excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of constituencies
- Demonstrated experience in advising how to communicate key messages, providing assessments with analytical rigor on how communications will be perceived by internal and external audiences
- Superior knowledge of client partnerships and audiences both internally and externally
- Experience leading complex client or program needs
