You Will:

Use client relationships (and access to client intel) to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

Be the agency lead in select brand planning processes

Partner with Project Management Team Leads to ensure teams are set up for success in daily management of your accounts including resource needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor profitability within their respective team and identifying areas to increase efficiencies

Team development and management

Mentor and help grow Account Directors, Account Supervisors, Senior Account Executives, and Account Executives

You Have:

6 years of experience managing healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing accounts

Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications

Financial management experience required

Experience with organic growth opportunities or new business opportunities
