What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jeuveau®, Product Director position at Evolus?

This individual will be the ultimate product champion, responsible for owning all aspects of the product marketing mix, and advocating for the Voice of the Customer, sharing valuable insights that will help shape marketing strategies/tactics. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Developing clear, differentiated positioning that can be easily communicated through all touchpoints (sales talk tracks, marketing materials, inside sales scripts, etc.); additionally, as new significant clinical papers are published, distill down insights and update positioning.
- Managing pricing and promotions, from development through deployment, ensuring cross-functional alignment and seamless execution to the field.
- Own the relationship with the sales team to develop tools and techniques for overcoming objections, training, messaging alignment and other requests as needed.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify market shifts and opportunities for targeted lead generation and channel expansion.
- Conduct routine field visits and act as a brand ambassador at customer events, conferences, dinners, ensuring that we maintain a consistent feedback loop for future development.
- Create a strong partnership with the medical, legal, and regulatory review team to optimize and streamline processes and act as the content owner for all Jeuveau branded items.
- Track competitive and industry insights to consistently help Evolus gain market share and solidify product adoption within the market.

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
- 10 years in a marketing role, with 5-7 years in leadership, including strategy development
- Aesthetic experience including an in-field sales/marketing role required
- Experience managing a team of 4 direct reports preferred
- Bring a deep understanding of the aesthetic injectable market, primarily toxins, but also fillers and the consumer journey/relationship between treatments.

- Travel will be required
Compensation & Total Rewards:
The expected pay for this position is $149,600 - $219,440 salary annual bonus compensation plan.
