Working with the Marketing department and other internal stakeholders, the Recruitment Marketing Specialist will create and distribute recruitment content that reflects Evolution’s culture, core values, and achievements. This role will have a strong focus on our external visibility, appealing to various target groups throughout the region.This role will be target-driven, analytically minded, and able to think fast to work collaboratively with various departments to implement strong, effective campaigns with highly ambitious recruitment goals.Responsibilities:Oversee and guide all external recruitment campaigns, ensuring they accurately reflect Evolution's story, mission, values, and employee journeyInvolvement in creating the strategy, content, and planning of specific external recruitment campaigns in conjunction with HR, Operations, Employer Branding, and Marketing based on company growth targetsContinual monitoring, assessment, and tracking of external recruitment campaigns to meet ambitious CV inflow targetsGuide and advise HR and Employer Branding teams on digital marketing campaigns, with a critical focus on the strategy for social media channelsResponsible for ensuring the Graphics team understands the campaign vision and delivers high quality and visually appealing external campaigns according to brief, making sure all output is market and audience appropriate, positioning Evolution as an attractive place to workManage, advise on, and deliver external recruitment campaign requests from various stakeholdersFoster a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies, and other partners where necessaryMarket intelligence - be the expert on the other regional competitors - how they position their campaigns, attract large numbers of staff, and how they execute with speedAny other ad-hoc duties that may be required.Qualifications5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targetsExperience within an advertising agency is advantageousMarketing/Business degree preferredPrevious experience in a similar recruitment or marketing campaign roleStrong analytical mind, data, and target-drivenDemonstrable creative outlook and a keen eye for detailKnowledge of all social media platforms, including Instagram, and TikTokWorking knowledge of editing software, including Adobe products.Excellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesStrong storytelling and content creation skillsEnthusiastic, team-oriented, self-motivated, and a desire to learnThe duties and responsibilities described in this job description are not a comprehensive list and as such additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; the scope of the job may also be subject to change as necessitated by business demand.Additional InformationBenefitsThis position is an excellent opportunity to join the fast-growing Evolution team.
