Human Resources Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and employment labor laws
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or organizational restructuring
- Utilize HR software systems to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other employment-related inquiries
- Stay updated on changes in employment labor laws and ensure compliance within the organization
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract top talent for open positions
- Assist in organization design efforts to optimize efficiency and productivity

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
- Experience in training development and delivery
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,336.33 - $59,415.80 per year
