We are experiencing tremendous growth and are adding a strong sourcing specialist who loves variety, the travel industry and creating unforgettable hiring experiences for candidates. You’ll be focused on building top talent pipelines for various roles and a variety of hard to fill and high priority positions along with building and maintaining sourcing partnerships. As our sourcing subject matter expert you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring teams to hire top talent by providing qualified and diverse candidate pools. As our Talent Acquisition (TA) team continues to sharpen our skills and processes and implement best practices, you'll have a voice in helping us build a world class TA function. This role has a meaningful impact on the growth and success of Evolve.
What you’ll do
- Leverage best in class talent platforms, research, and market/candidate analysis tools to evaluate and source the best talent across a variety of roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop creative sourcing strategies for engaging top of funnel talent for difficult to fill and niche positions
- Build talent pipelines for various roles and key capabilities that will support us in meeting our strategic goals and help Evolve grow
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Support our efforts to increase diversity, experience, and the overall performance of the Talent Acquisition team
- Capture and analyze the results of previous sourcing strategies and implement improvements as needed
- Bring sourcing best practices in-house to ensure Evolve is leveraging partnerships and identifying the right sourcing channels
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent, community and sourcing partners
What makes you a great fit
- 2 years of recruitment experience with heavy emphasis on sourcing strategy
- Insatiable curiosity and drive for results while searching for ideal candidates
- Fast -paced, diverse, and high volume sourcing experience (ideally for Tech, Sales and Leadership roles)
- Demonstrated understanding of sourcing best practices such as boolean, Google searches, chrome extensions, tailored outreach and follow up
- Strong knowledge and experience using of different sourcing tools, CRMs and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to identify innovative sourcing solutions based on research and observations while remaining comfortable in unchartered territory
- Results driven and comfort using metrics to inform performance and decision making
- A desire to work in an environment where priorities change as we learn
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- The skills to work independently but to also ask for help, direction, clarification when needed
- A strong sense of accountability and co-ownership of challenges

Compensation
For this role our salary range is $67,000 to $77,000, depending on relevant experience
