Initially launched regionally, JOYBA® is now expanding nationwide! We're excited to partner with you to share JOYBA® Bubble Tea on social media and on campus. We're looking for Ambassadors who are outgoing, fun, and inspire their peers to create connections, friendships, and real talk (over real tea!)

Over the course of 12-weeks, you will complete the following tasks:
EvolveZ works with brands like JOYBA® to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the JOYBA® team maintains general oversight.

Benefits
- Earn a $750 total stipend for the program, split up into biweekly payments
- Receive free JOYBA® branded t-shirt and crewneck to wear at your activations/around campus
- Enjoy a fun, part-time job that fits into your busy college schedule
- Play a role in JOYBA®’s growth story and interact with their team throughout the program
- Gain valuable entrepreneurial experience in marketing and communication
- Top performing Brand Ambassadors may be invited to participate in the Ambassadorship for the Spring 2025 semester/quarter, and have the opportunity to earn a $500 bonus.
- A $500 bonus will be awarded to the Ambassador with the most social media engagement throughout the semester (combined views/impressions, likes, comments, and shares across all JOYBA® posts).
- A $500 bonus will be awarded to the Ambassador that best embodies the JOYBA® brand in their social posts (to be selected by a panel of JOYBA® team members).
- A $500 bonus will be awarded to a randomly selected Ambassador out of those who participate in the Lunch & Learn calls.
Over the course of 12-weeks, you will complete the following tasks:
- Distribute all of the provided JOYBA® product samples. Samples arrive in 2-4 increments throughout the program. You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events in populated areas on your campus and sampling within student organizations.
- 5 TikTok posts - we will boost the best content throughout the program
- 1 Instagram Reels - best video will be re-posted
- 1 Instagram static in-feed post
- 8 Instagram stories
- Participate in 1-2 Lunch & Learn video group calls during the program (optional, selected participants are eligible for a bonus)
- Pre-program virtual training & planning
- Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
- Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
- Adhere to task due dates/milestones
- Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote JOYBA® in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Fall semester/quarter.
- Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the beverage industry.
- Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Added bonus if you already love JOYBA®!
- The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is crucial for this role.
- A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok is required. For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates. For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
- Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
- This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.
