Manufacturing Associate Cell Culture
Just-EvotecBiologicsisseeking a highlymotivatedCell Culture Manufacturing Associate thatdesires a significantopportunity to improveworldwideaccess to biotherapeutics.
This teammemberwillberesponsible for the commercial manufacturing of mammaliancell-basedbiotherapeuticsundercGMP conditions.
Manufacturing Associates are expected to execute process recipes, monitor equipment and processes, perform basic tasks, including sampling, and routine maintenance of labequipment.
Associates willalso assist in media and buffer compounding. The staff memberisexpected to comply and follow writtenprocedures for safetyrequirements, cGMP Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
Must bewilling to work the shift of Wednesday-Saturday 7am-6pm
Responsibilities :
- Perform and monitor criticalprocesses (i.e., SUB batch, inoculations, perfusion, and harvestoperations)
- Supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility
- Initiating non-conformances (NC)
- Execution of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) usingManufacturingExecution System (MES)
- Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave
- Performotherduties as assigned
EducationalRequirements :
- Bachelor’sdegree in Science or Engineering; or
- Associate’sdegree in science-related area and relevant experience; or
- High schooldiploma or GED and 5 or more years of relevant experience.
Qualification Requirements :
- Candidate must possessstrong focus onright the first timeand attention to detail
- Possess effective task / time management organizationalskills
- Capacity to develop solutions to technical issues of moderate scope
- Ability to organize, analyze / interpret, and effectivelycommunicateindividualresults
- Motivated, self-starterwithstrongmechanical aptitude
- Good interpersonal, team, and communication skillsare a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
