Assistant Manager

Must have a passion for customer service and creating an exceptional guest experience!  Our Assistant Managers lead our front of house team on creating an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all EWC Growth Core Values are consistently applied. This is a full-time salaried position, with base plus commission on all package sales.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Ability to problem solve and have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and motivate those around you.
• Ability to give, receive, and implement feedback.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
• Passion for the beauty industry, and making others look and feel gorgeous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example.
• Demonstrating EWC products, and explaining our Wax Pass, Products, and Prebooking benefits.
• Managing the Reservation Books in a fast paced environment and handling the daily flow of the center.
• Maintaining cleanliness, and organization of the location.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching all new and current associates.
• Facilitate one on one meetings with the team and monthly Strut meetings.
• Ability to create daily, weekly, or monthly goals and motivating the team to achieve them.
• Handle guest or associate issues that may arise when the Center Manager is not present.
• Assist the Center Manager with payroll, guest refunds, schedules, inventory, or any other assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
