EGC is looking for a motivated and skilled Procurement Analyst.
Responsibilities may include:
- Manage all Open Orders
- Manage Inventory Levels
o Manage Min/Max Order Levels
o Manage Total Inventory Value
- Manage New Item Setup & Item Change Processes
- Interface with manufacturers regarding procurement process
- Maintain Critical Item List and expediting critical orders
- Liaison for EWIE Accounts Receivables and the Customer Receiving Department
- Oversees problem resolution with shipping and receiving
- Write and submit RMAs as needed
- Monitor and resolve all outstanding plant issues
- Process purchase requests
- Interface with customer production teams regarding critical orders
- Interface with suppliers and manufacturers regarding open orders
- Responsible for all sourcing and RFQs
- Responsible for New Vendor Setup process
- Responsible for year-over-year profitability improvements through sourcing initiatives
- Monitor and maintain EWIE Dashboard and EWIE Metrics
o Past Due Orders
o Zero On Hand/Zero On Order Material
o Due in the next 14 days
o Negative Margin
o Low Profit & Negative Margin items
o Hold Orders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Order Entry, Purchasing, Quotations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree (business-related) and /or 3 years experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
