What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the P2P team to efficiently manage and prioritize pay to patient payments through dedicated software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to maintain and interpret comprehensive reports crucial for operational insights.
- Regularly update the master spreadsheet with claims and incoming payments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize analytical skills to decipher data and make informed decisions.
- Display a high-level energy, integrity, and commitment to the role and team objectives.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Associate's degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Ability to comprehend and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) effectively.
- Proficiency or familiarity with Collaborate MD or Availity software.
- Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Accurate, thorough recordkeeping skills.
- Telephone communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to manage a steady and high-volume workload with efficiency.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations, remain calm, and be the voice of reason.
