Marketing Manager

Exact Marketing, a rapidly growing tech-enabled service as a solution digital advertising company, is looking for a Marketing Manager. This pivotal role within our high energy team will be to to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help the sales team and larger company deliver exceptional quality service to clients, win in the marketplace, and support the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Project management for large scale priority events/clients/campaigns
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders and vendors
• Attending, taking minutes, delineating, and communicating next steps from internal and external meetings
• Drafting and Editing proposals and presentations
• Handling company social media accounts
• Drafting and Editing marketing and sales materials and client facing communications
• Meeting prep: Prepping the team for meetings with appropriate background information and documentation
• Light research projects: Background information and marketing insight research / Travel and location research
• Event Support: Planning and executing events. Researching and familiarizing with key players, and being able to point them out and name them
• Work closely and effectively communicate with other company staff to ensure project success
• Other work as assigned to assist the sales team

Key Qualifications Include:

• Must be located in Nashville, TN
• Prior Sales/Marketing/Administrative experience required
• Must have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Graphic design experience strongly preferred
• Adept at building relationships both internally and externally to leverage resources when needed
• High energy individual that likes a dynamic, active role that requires planning, prioritization, communication, coordination, and scheduling
• Sound judgement regarding confidential and sensitive matters
• Strong communications / project management background to manage the complexity of the role
• Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment
• Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
• Possesses impeccable organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform, and take ownership of the position, as well as prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent project management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct research and present data in a clear and concise manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
