Qualifications:
· FAA Certification: Hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certificate.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree in aviation maintenance a plus.
· Experience: Previous A&P mechanic or related aviation maintenance experience advantageous.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical acumen, including familiarity with aircraft systems and tools.
