Excel at Roe Park -

We are looking for a Dietary Manager to join our team and oversee the dietary needs of our geriatric patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing nutrition plans, monitoring patient progress, and providing education to staff and patients on nutrition and dietetics.

The ideal candidate should have experience in geriatrics, a passion for nutrition, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and manage the nutritional needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients.
  • Provide education to patients, families, and staff on nutrition and dietetics.
  • Develop menus that meet the dietary needs of patients.
  • Order food and supplies in accordance with dietary guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient's dietary intake.
  • Monitor food service operations to ensure compliance with health regulations.
