Job Overview:

High volume automotive dealership has an immediate need for a qualified Automotive Biller to support our future acquisitions and provide day-to-day oversight to a growing accounting team. The Automotive Biller provides the leadership team with accurate bookkeeping and accounts payable reconcilation.

Responsibilities:

• Breakdown deals for verification of paperwork needed for finalization of retail vehicle sales.
• Verify all finance sources are accurately accounted for & match title application prior to posting deal.
• Mail finance contracts accurately and timely each business day.
• Accurately cost and post vehicle retail sales billing with a daily goal of posting all turned in deals.
• Upon funding process lien payoffs verifying payoffs are accurately completed for timely lien release/clear title, timely submission of title work following contract funding.
• Call lienholder for title release issues.
• Process wholesales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets are in accordance to compliance guidelines
• Review all deals in deal queue for errors
• Verify all documents are signed and completed accurately
• Process paperwork in a timely manner
• Reconcile schedules
• Post deals to accounting books
• Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
• Post inventory into accounting
• Manage and record inventory with attention to detail and accuracy
• Review vendor invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Enter vendor invoices timely and accurately
• Review vendor statements and aging reports
• Assist with credit card and bank account reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned by your direct Supervisor

Experience:

-Knowledge of Dealertrak DMS a MUST.

-Motor Vehicle experiance a PLUS and additional compensation will be applied.

- Proven experience in bookkeeping.

- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledger entries

- Familiarity accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools

- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
