Immediate opening for a full-time Property Manager for an apartment community. The manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of community and resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate would possess good communication skills, honest and hard-working. Must possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass background screening.
Pay depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but not limited to:
Rent collection
Banking
Executing leases
Marketing
Monthly reports
Maintaining contractor records, invoices, overseeing work

Knowledge/Skills Required: Must have computer skills
Experience: Minimum one-year property management and/or real estate experience
