Home Improvement Canvassing Manager - $2,000 Recruiting Bonus!

$75,000 - $125,000 Full-time, W2 Employee, no 1099 BS.

We pay a Base Salary to get you through the cold snowy times when it’s difficult to knock, and a team performance Commission to maximize your warm weather income. $500.00 Recruiting Bonus will be paid to the Canvassing Manager for the first 4 Knockers recruited!!

Driver license is required. Work hours are flexible but generally 12:00 to 8:00, weekdays 10:00 to 3:00 weekends, 2 days off per week.

Benefits: 401K, Health Insurance, Dental, 13 days of PTO per year plus 6 paid holidays, we close between Christmas and New Year, and it’s usually bonus paid days off! This means about 24 paid days off a year!

Excel needs a Strong Team leader who will recruit, train, manage and then share the success of the people they lead. Paid training program for the Knockers, and Sales Rep software for you to manage the team.

Our location is in Southwest Denver. Secure, gated & locked parking for the team. Private office for Canvassing Manager. Huge dedicated meeting area for the team to meet and role play before daily Knocking. Logoed company passenger van to transport the crew and announce our presence in the neighborhood.

Canvassing Manager Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage the Knocking team on a daily basis

Training Knockers how to use Sales Rep, the door knocking tracking app on their phone.

Train your team to tell our company story, and to answer basic questions and overcome objections about hail damage and the other products and services we offer.

Generate leads by going door to door, and setting inspections for Project Managers.

Coordinate with Sales Managers the area’s to be knocked and have Project Manager support in the area to inspect roofs.

We need a Leader who is self-motivated and has a passion for personal development for himself and the Team. A Leader who is committed to a growth mindset through sales training programs, video analysis of the team, and lots of role play.
