As the Performance Sales Specialist, you will require those skills and you will play a vital role in increasing sales through our retail e-commerce and wholesale channels. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with customers and generate leads by making phone calls and sending emails. You will be in charge of growing accounts, retaining customers, and nurturing leads. In addition to establishing new business opportunities, you will also support existing customers. Some of your key tasks will be to maintain and update the CRM, follow-up tasks and calls, and building quotes for customers. You will also be responsible for providing light customer service. However, your main focus will be on driving significant account and revenue growth. This role is highly phone and email-driven, so you must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
