As the Performance Sales Specialist, you will require those skills and you will play a vital role in increasing sales through our retail e-commerce and wholesale channels. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with customers and generate leads by making phone calls and sending emails. You will be in charge of growing accounts, retaining customers, and nurturing leads. In addition to establishing new business opportunities, you will also support existing customers. Some of your key tasks will be to maintain and update the CRM, follow-up tasks and calls, and building quotes for customers. You will also be responsible for providing light customer service. However, your main focus will be on driving significant account and revenue growth. This role is highly phone and email-driven, so you must be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently. Responsibilities

  • CRM
    • Regularly audit list of dealers to be sure we have the most accurate contact information
    • Update customer segments so our emails get the right people
    • Contribute ideas to the weekly email campaigns
    • Following our Sales Process
    • Documenting all tasks, activities and conversations
    • Collecting accurate customer information
    • Account Dashboard
    • Logging all task with completion for record
    • Marketing Updates
  • Customers
    • Find leads and convert sales
    • Work with Management to pursue key prospects
    • Set and manage customer expectations
  • Growth
    • Able to log into the website
    • Knows where to access the line card
    • Understands our support process
    • Feels your job is to help them
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales
    • Perform expected actions to yield results
    • Be sure each client is
    • Close Sales
    • Account Audits
  • Wholesale Meeting
    • Talking points with details
    • Identifying what the real issue is
    • Suggested Solution(s)
    • Prepare topics to IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve)

Expectations

  • Daily responsiveness to open opportunities, emails and questions
  • Only using Company provided systems as a communication channel
  • Always act in a professional and courteous manner
  • Attend a touchpoint with the manager during days worked
    • This will guide and help you close more sales opportunities

Day-to-Day

  • Follow CRM task Generation
  • Respond to all emails
  • Manage Abandoned carts
  • Account Management
