We are a full Payroll/Time & Attendance/HR provider, companies will outsource their payroll processing to us and use our online platform to process payroll, Time & Labor Management, and for employee HR maintenance.
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Implementation Specialist, with experience in HR and project management, technical background is a plus. Experience in working with payroll platforms is a huge plus. Knowledge of HR basics, ACA, and recruitment processes is a must.
You will be tasked with developing implementation plans and configuring new accounts, customizing the system to match the specifications required. The job requires to be very detail-oriented, solution-driven, being able to work under pressure and keep the positive attitude.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate must have a direct HR experience, eager to learn new aspects of HR Implementation, and has a strong desire to excel his/her carrier in HR.
- 2-5 years of HR experience is required
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation is required (payroll industry preferred)
- Must have a basic understating of WFR protocol (payroll, TLM, HR)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent analytical, time management, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology
- Ability to handle highly confidential information
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Any technical degree is a plus

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Configure new accounts on the platform

Follow established protocol to format and import client data

Design custom widgets and screens, default features and reports

Collect the required account information and train customers using the platform

Document customization and keep accurate client files

Work in synergy with other team members to ensure accurate and timely account setup

Maintain existing accounts and address any incoming issue in a timely manner

Continue to enhance product knowledge and stay current with product changes

Update system information when required
